2026 Launch Special is the proposed campaign name. The promotion, its stated 31 December 2026 end date and the later regular-price transition are not active until the matching checkout, Price objects and transition controls are implemented and verified.

Twelve USD $4.99 monthly launch payments total USD $59.88. The USD $35.88 annual launch price is USD $24.00 lower, or approximately 40%. The candidate headline “Your 2027 resolution starts here. Learn French for $2.99/month.” may be used only beside the prominent disclosure USD $35.88 billed upfront annually, and only after the campaign, deadline and comparison are implemented and verified.
While the same subscription remains continuously active, its promotional recurring price cannot increase before 13 months have elapsed from the first successfully paid subscription period/interval start. Monthly renewals at months 1 through 12 remain USD $4.99; the earliest potential higher monthly renewal is month 13. The annual renewal around month 12 remains USD $35.88. Its earliest potential change is the following annual renewal, normally around month 24, and never during an already paid period.
No automatic increase is configured. Pricing after the 13-month lock is undecided and requires separate owner approval plus applicable notice and consent. The regular prices above apply only to proposed future new purchases; this draft does not promise either indefinite grandfathering or a later renewal increase.
There is no trial. Applicable government-imposed tax will be shown before payment. No live Stripe Price has been authorized, and JEVA does not claim that any tax registration, exemption or zero rate has been established.
What checkout must show
Before collecting billing details, checkout must show the legal seller, the 58-recording paid release, selected USD total, applicable tax, billing interval, automatic renewal, next-charge timing, cancellation, paid-through access, refund windows, policy links and a recognizable card-statement descriptor. The learner must be able to correct errors and separately agree to automatic renewal. Paid access begins only after a signed provider event is verified for the correct learner, product, amount, currency and interval.
Cancellation and refunds

Canada and the United States are target markets, but sales must use a server-controlled province and state allowlist that defaults to deny. Québec is on hold. The initial US allowlist is empty. Currency display, provider availability or website access does not enable a territory.
