The course supplied
Course Intro, Three Rules and Class 1 are free. A current paid subscription unlocks 58 released Chris recordings: Classes 2, 3 and 5 through 60. Class 4 and the Course Outro are unavailable. Chris is a fictional synthetic voice.
The subscription grants time-bounded web access to the active released content. It does not promise an unreleased class, a native app, permanent paid downloads, another narrator, another level, a publication date, permanent copies, fluency or a particular result. Recordings can be corrected through a new immutable version while historical file receipts are preserved.
Plans, tax and automatic renewal
The proposed campaign name is 2026 Launch Special. These figures are approved for implementation review, but the offer is not active and the stated deadline must not be advertised until its checkout and price-transition controls are implemented and verified.
- Launch monthly: USD $4.99 charged every month.
- Launch annual: USD $35.88 billed upfront annually, equivalent to $2.99 per month.
- Proposed regular price for new purchases after the promotion: USD $9.99 monthly or USD $59.88 billed upfront annually, equivalent to $4.99 per month.
- Trial: none.
- Tax: applicable government-imposed tax is added or included exactly as shown before payment.
Twelve monthly launch payments total USD $59.88. The USD $35.88 annual launch price is USD $24.00 lower, a savings of approximately 40%. This comparison must not be advertised until the matching offers and transition plan are active and verified.
The selected plan renews automatically at the same interval until canceled. Checkout and the retainable receipt must show the next renewal date or an unambiguous way to determine it. A launch subscriber's promotional recurring price cannot increase before 13 months have elapsed from the first successfully paid subscription period/interval start, while that subscription remains continuously active. Monthly renewals at months 1 through 12 therefore remain USD $4.99; the earliest potential higher monthly renewal is month 13. The annual renewal around month 12 remains USD $35.88; its earliest potential change is the following annual renewal, normally around month 24, and never during an already paid period. No automatic increase is configured. Treatment after the 13-month lock is undecided and requires separate owner approval plus the notice and consent applicable to the enabled territory.
Proposed operational baseline pending launch approval: an annual-plan reminder 30–45 days before the renewal or cancellation deadline, an annual reminder for continuing monthly plans, and fresh affirmative consent before a higher recurring charge. Each enabled territory may require stricter timing.
Cancellation and paid access
A learner can stop future renewal online through Account → Manage subscription, the Stripe customer portal, or the verified support channel. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current paid period. Access continues through the paid-through date. Free lessons, progress and preferences remain afterward.
Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge. Account deletion does not safely cancel an active subscription; the production deletion workflow must first stop renewal and either queue deletion until paid access ends or provide another lawful remedy.
Refunds
- A customer may request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 calendar days.
- A customer may request a full refund of the latest renewal within 7 calendar days.
- Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, unavailable-service and legally required refunds are handled regardless of those voluntary windows.
- After the windows, a refund is discretionary unless law or the contract requires one.
- Refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; provider and bank timing varies.
Proposed access and renewal effects pending final launch approval: a confirmed full refund ends access attributable to that refunded interval and stops future renewal unless the customer clearly asks to keep it. A separately paid, unrefunded interval remains. JEVA does not advertise partial refunds; if one is exceptionally granted, it must not revoke the remaining unrefunded access unless the customer agrees or law requires it.
Payment failure, use and course rights
A failed first payment grants no paid access. A failed renewal does not remove already paid time, and no extra unpaid grace period is promised. Learners must keep sign-in codes and sessions private and may not redistribute recordings, bypass access controls, scrape private media, resell access or interfere with the service. JEVA and its licensors retain the course, recording, brand and software rights to the extent owned or licensed.
JEVA may correct, replace or withdraw content for integrity, rights, safety or technical reasons. An unavailable recording is not counted as delivered. Mandatory customer rights are unaffected. Governing law and forum wording will be set only after review for each enabled territory.
